We have extensive experience in developing customized training programs to meet our clients' specific needs, and our professional R&D team can help you take your training concepts and turn them into reality at an affordable price. 

【Purchasing Process】 

We discuss with you to determine the final training destination and create training modules to obtain the specific knowledge and best practice effects that need to be included in the customized training plan. We will recommend the best training plan and solution for the customer, or we can also customize it according to the customer's needs. Request modifications and customizations. 

Each step of the formulation process will be clearly displayed to the customer. After the plan outline is finally confirmed through communication with the customer, it will be "locked". In the next step, we will make a budget and quotation for the plan (optional quotation: EXW, FCA, FOB). 

After the two parties confirm the equipment order, 30% of the total value must be paid for order confirmation after the contract is signed. Regular equipment can be shipped from the factory within 30 days after receiving the deposit, and customized equipment needs to be shipped within 60 days. 

Before the equipment is shipped, it will be tested according to our testing process for no less than 150 hours of continuous power-on. After the test is completed, the customer will be notified of the delivery date. According to our service standards, after the equipment is delivered, we will arrange free online safety operation training until Customers can use it for normal training.

【Warranty】 

The equipment hardware is guaranteed for 1 year (repair or replacement) if there is no human damage. 

The software comes with a 2-year warranty and free lifetime maintenance (software problems can be solved remotely).
